  • केवल विनिर्माण गतिविधियों में शामिल सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यम (एमएसई) ही पात्र हैं। 1. उद्यम ने एमएसएमई मंत्रालय या उद्योग और आंतरिक व्यापार संवर्धन विभाग (डी. पी. आई. आई. टी.) से स्वीकृति या पंजीकरण प्राप्त किया होना चाहिए। 1. उद्यम के पास विनिर्माण गतिविधियों के लिए उपयोग किए जाने वाले शेड के लिए एक वैध किराया विलेख या पट्टा समझौता होना चाहिए। 1. विनिर्माण गतिविधि को अपने संचालन के लिए बिजली/बिजली की खपत करनी चाहिए।
