आई. आई. टी./एन. आई. टी./सरकारी इंजीनियरिंग छात्रों के लिए आई. एन. एईयात्रा अनुदान योजना। शिक्षा मंत्रालय, अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद (ए. आई. सी. टी. ई.) और भारतीय राष्ट्रीय इंजीनियरिंग अकादमी (आई. एन. एई) द्वारा ए. आई. सी. टी. ई. योजना के अलावा अनुमोदित इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज/संस्थान। इस योजना का उद्देश्य देश में इंजीनियरिंग शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता को बढ़ाना और छात्रों में अनुसंधान की संस्कृति को विकसित करना है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर स्तर के इंजीनियरिंग छात्रों को एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय वैज्ञानिक कार्यक्रम (सम्मेलन/संगोष्ठी/संगोष्ठी/कार्यशाला/प्रदर्शनी आदि) में एक शोध पत्र प्रस्तुत करने के लिए आंशिक यात्रा सहायता और पंजीकरण शुल्क प्रदान करना है ताकि इंजीनियरिंग छात्रों को अनुसंधान में शामिल होने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा सके। <बीआर>

पात्रता

  • आवेदक को बी. ई./बी. टेक या इंटीग्रेटेड एम. टेक का प्री-फाइनल या अंतिम वर्ष का छात्र होना चाहिए। आवेदक एम. ई./एम. टेक का प्रथम या द्वितीय वर्ष का छात्र होना चाहिए; और 1. आवेदक को किसी आई. आई. टी., एन. आई. टी., सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज/संस्थान (ए. आई. सी. टी. ई. द्वारा अनुमोदित संस्थानों के अलावा), या किसी अन्य मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय में अध्ययन करना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक को योग्यता परीक्षा में न्यूनतम 8.0 सी. जी. पी. ए. या समकक्ष प्रतिशत प्राप्त होना चाहिए। 1. विदेश में आयोजित किसी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन, गोष्ठी, संगोष्ठी, कार्यशाला, प्रदर्शनी या इसी तरह के वैज्ञानिक कार्यक्रम में शोध पत्र प्रस्तुत करने के लिए स्वीकृति पत्र हो। 1. आवेदक को अध्ययन के दौरान इस योजना के तहत पहले वित्तीय सहायता नहीं मिली है। <बीआर>

    > Procedure to Apply • Complete the prescribed application form and obtain approval from the Head of the Institution. • Submit a scanned copy of the duly signed application form along with all supporting documents via email to [email protected] The application must be submitted at least 10 weeks prior to the date of presentation of the research paper. • Ensure that all required supporting documents are enclosed with the application. > Submission of Claim and Release of Grant • The selected applicant must submit the claim form in the prescribed format along with all supporting documents within one month after completion of the international scientific event. • After verification of documents, the approved grant amount will be released in a single instalment. <br>

Who can apply under the INAE Travel Grant Scheme?

Students of B.E./B.Tech, Integrated M.Tech, M.E./M.Tech and other eligible engineering programmes studying in IITs, NITs, Government-approved Engineering Colleges/Institutions (other than AICTE-approved institutions), and recognized universities can apply, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria. <br>

What is the minimum academic requirement to apply?

Applicants must have secured a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or equivalent percentage in the qualifying examination. <br>

Is financial assistance available for online conference presentations?

Yes. Students presenting their research paper online are eligible for reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee. <br>

What is the maximum financial assistance available under the scheme?

For physical participation, the maximum assistance is ₹1.50 lakh per student. <br>

Can multiple authors claim the grant for the same paper?

No, only one author can receive the grant for a particular paper. <br>
