The Union Territory of Lakshadweep has implemented the scheme “25% Capital Investment Subsidy” to provide financial assistance to local entrepreneurs for promoting Micro and small Enterprises in Lakshadweep.

"व्यक्तिगत हथकरघा बुनकरों को सहायता" पश्चिम बंगाल हथकरघा और खादी बुनकर वित्तीय लाभ योजना 2024 के तहत एक उप-योजना है, जिसे सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम और कपड़ा विभाग, पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार द्वारा 7 मार्च, 2024 को शुरू किया गया था और यह पांच साल की अवधि के लिए लागू रहेगी। इस उप-योजना का उद्देश्य व्यक्तिगत हथकरघा बुनकरों को एकमुश्त वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करना है जो किसी भी प्राथमिक बुनकर सहकारी समितियों के दायरे में नहीं हैं। <बीआर>
वर्क शेड की मरम्मत/नवीनीकरण और/या करघों की मरम्मत/संशोधन के लिए प्रति बुनकर ₹5,000/- सहायक उपकरण-हथकरघा उत्पादों के उत्पादन के लिए कच्चे की सहायता के लिए 10,000 रुपये भी प्रदान किए जाएंगे। इस लाभ को प्राप्त करने के लिए कच्चे यानी धागे की खरीद तांतूज के माध्यम से करनी होती है।
चरण 1: Offline application
• An eligible PWCs/ Khadi society/ Individual Weaver will apply either in online or in offline mode in the prescribed format (as would be notified by this department) before the Director, Textiles. > Helpdesk: Office Addresses and Contact Details (District Wise).
"PWCS" means the Primary Weavers' Cooperative Societies registered under the West Bengal Cooperative Societies Act.
"Tantuja" means the State Apex Cooperative Society for marketing of handloom products produced by the PWCS.
[?]5000/- per weaver towards repair/renovation of work shed and/or repair/modification of loom & accessories and [?]10,000/- will also be provided towards raw material assistance for production of handloom products.
The Scheme will be implemented and monitored by the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise and Textiles Department.
The Committee will scrutinize and examine the claim proposals as would be submitted in the prescribed format and will cause Field Enquiry, if necessary. The Committee will recommend the claim based on the scrutiny/ examination undertaken to the Director, Textiles/ CEO KWBVIB as the case may be.
In case of any misrepresentation of facts or furnishing false information by an applicant ,all his/ her claims under the scheme shall be revoked.
Yes, an eligible PWC/Khadi Society etc. which has availed of incentive/subsidy under any other scheme prior to the introduction of this scheme shall be eligible to get the benefits under this scheme.

In case of any grievances against the decision of the Directorate of Textiles, application is to be made to the Principal Secretary, Department of MSME&T, Government of West Bengal. In case of any interpretation regarding the scheme, the Director of Textile shall consult with the Department of MSME&T before taking any final decision.
