अरुणाचल प्रदेश उद्यमिता विकास कार्यक्रम (ए. पी. ई. डी. पी.) का शुभारंभ माननीय मुख्यमंत्री पेमा खांडू ने किया। डी. आई. पी. आर. ने एक विज्ञप्ति में बताया कि ए. पी. ई. डी. पी. का उद्देश्य "राज्य में एक जीवंत उद्यमशीलता पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र विकसित करके और इच्छुक उद्यमियों को व्यापक समर्थन और पोषण के साथ सुविधा प्रदान करके विविध स्थानीय चुनौतियों के लिए एक समावेशी समाधान को उत्प्रेरित करना है। ए. पी. ई. डी. पी. का उद्देश्य एक जीवंत उद्यमशीलता पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र के विकास और व्यापक समर्थन और पोषण के साथ उनके उद्यमशीलता के प्रयासों को सुविधाजनक बनाने के माध्यम से इच्छुक उद्यमियों के सामने आने वाली विभिन्न स्थानीय चुनौतियों का एक समावेशी समाधान तैयार करना है। 74वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस की पूर्व संध्या पर वित्त, निवेश और योजना विभाग ने ए. पी. ई. डी. पी. के पहले भाग के रूप में 'अरुणाचल प्रदेश उद्यमिता चुनौती (ए. पी. ई. सी.)' का अनावरण किया। एपेक स्थायी और स्थानीय रूप से प्रासंगिक व्यावसायिक विचारों और उद्यमियों की पहचान करेगा, उन्हें बढ़ावा देगा, उनका समर्थन करेगा और उनका पोषण करेगा। आवेदनों के गहन मूल्यांकन और जांच के बाद, आई. आई. एम. कलकत्ता इनोवेशन पार्क द्वारा सुगम बनाए गए इन्क्यूबेशन और प्री-इन्क्यूबेशन कार्यक्रमों के लिए 50 शीर्ष उद्यमियों का चयन किया जाएगा। इनमें से शीर्ष 10 उद्यमियों को ₹ 5,00,000 तक और अगले 40 उद्यमियों को ₹ 4,00,000 तक का पुरस्कार दिया जाएगा।
1. वित्तीयः आई. आई. एम. कलकत्ता इनोवेशन पार्क द्वारा सुगम बनाए गए इन्क्यूबेशन और प्री-इन्क्यूबेशन कार्यक्रमों के लिए शीर्ष 50 उद्यमियों का चयन किया जाएगा। इनमें से शीर्ष 10 उद्यमियों को एक लाख रुपये तक का पुरस्कार दिया जाएगा। अगले 40 उद्यमियों को 5 लाख रुपये तक का पुरस्कार दिया जाएगा। 4 लाख 1. सरकारी मददः विभिन्न सरकारी सहायता योजनाओं, अनुदानों, आसान ऋणों और प्रायोगिक अवसरों का लाभ उठाने की योग्यता। आई. आई. एम. कलकत्ता इनोवेशन पार्क (आई. आई. एम. सी. पी.) द्वारा आयोजित पूर्व-ऊष्मायन, ऊष्मायन सहायता और वित्त पोषण कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण और मार्गदर्शन।
