योजना का विवरण

अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा शुरू किए गए शारीरिक शिक्षा प्रशिक्षकों/खेल-खेल शिक्षकों/खेल निदेशक के लिए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमोंों का उद्देश्य पारंपरिक खेलों/खेलों में लोगों को शामिल करने और मनोरंजन के माध्यम से शारीरिक गतिविधि के लिए मजेदार खेलों में प्रतिभागियों के कौशल को विकसित करने के लिए प्रशिक्षण आयोजित करने में संस्थानों का समर्थन करना है। * इस कार्यक्रमों के उद्देश्य हैं: - प्रतिभागियों को शारीरिक गतिविधियों में सामूहिक भागीदारी के माध्यम से शारीरिक फिटनेस विकसित करने के लिए उन्मुख करना।-मनोरंजन के माध्यम से शारीरिक गतिविधि के लिए पारंपरिक खेलों और मजेदार खेलों में जनता को शामिल करने के लिए प्रतिभागियों के कौशल का विकास करना।-प्रतिभागियों को आधुनिक नियमों, विनियमों और तकनीकों के साथ अद्यतन करना।-प्रतिभागियों को खेल प्रबंधन और खेल प्रौद्योगिकी में योगदान करने और फिटनेस और मनोरंजन के लिए सामूहिक शारीरिक गतिविधियों का प्रबंधन करने के लिए सशक्त बनाना। * * अवधि/प्रकार/प्रतिभागी: न्यूनतम पँचिश प्रतिभागियों के साथ दो सप्ताह का आवासीय कार्यक्रमों। प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों के पूरा होने की अवधि: यह कार्यक्रमों ए. आई. सी. टी. ई. से धन प्राप्त होने के छह महीने के भीतर आयोजित किया जाएगा। यदि यह किसी भी कारण से उपरोक्त अवधि के दौरान आयोजित नहीं किया जाता है, तो ब्याज के साथ निधि ए. आई. सी. टी. ई. को वापस की जानी है। * * कार्यक्रमों के अंत में आयोजित होने वाली एक परीक्षा और केवल उन प्रतिभागियों को एक प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जाना है जो कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेते हैं और परीक्षा में अर्हता प्राप्त करते हैं। * * नियम और शर्तें: * *-कार्यक्रमों के विशेष विषय/क्षेत्र के आयोजन के लिए एक बार जारी/स्वीकृत धन का उपयोग किसी अन्य कार्यक्रमों के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता है।-यदि कार्यक्रमों रद्द कर दिया जाता है, तो धन तुरंत एआईसीटीई को उस पर अर्जित ब्याज के साथ वापस कर दिया जाएगा।-कार्यक्रमों को पूरा करने के लिए आवश्यक कोई भी अतिरिक्त धन संस्थान द्वारा अपने संसाधनों से वहन किया जाना चाहिए। लेकिन गतिविधियों की गुणवत्ता से समझौता नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।-पाठ्यक्रम का कम से कम 25 प्रतिशत प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के बाहर के संसाधन व्यक्तियों के माध्यम से किया जाना चाहिए। हालाँकि, टी. ए./डी. ए. सहित संसाधन व्यक्तियों (भीतर और बाहर) के लिए मानदेय ₹2,00,000/- तक सीमित रहेगा

  • ✓ Original Statement of actual expenditure & Utilization Certificate in the prescribed proforma duly signed by the Head of the institution and countersigned by Registrar/Finance Officer/Govt. Auditor, along with bills/vouchers/invoices. In case of self-financing/private institutions, Statement of actual Expenditure & Utilization Certificate are required to be audited & signed and sealed by a Chartered Accountant endorsing the membership number and complete postal address.
  • ✓ Feedback forms duly signed by the participants indicating their contact details.
  • ✓ Copy of the proceedings and completion report.
  • ✓ Rail tickets/boarding passes.

    Users will be redirected to another website. Hover the cursor on Login and select ‘Investor Login’.

    New users need to click on ‘Sign Up Now’ to register.

    Enter the details and click on ‘Verify’ to receive OTP on your Email Id and Mobile Number.

    Navigate to AQIS Application Screen by clicking on ‘AQIS Application’ screen tab.

    Institute details will auto populate in the AQIS Application.

    Fill demographic and Bank details .

    Only after confirming the Bank Details, the “New” button will be enabled for adding the AQIS Application. Click on “New” button to create AQIS Application.

    A unique AQIS Application ID will get created. Select the "TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION TRAINERS/SPORT-GAMES TEACHERS/DIRECTOR OF SPORTS" as Scheme from the drop down List.

    Now details to be filled for the as followed: Program Details, Personalities Expected, Participating Industries ,Similar Events, Budget Estimate -Others, Academic Credentials of Coordinator/ PI/ Applicant, Justification, Credential of Institute / Department.

    Once the user has filled all the data in the above mentioned tab, user should click on ‘Validate Application’ button on the ‘AQIS Application’ tab.

    User will get a pop up message to attach a Mandate Form after downloading the sample form.

    Now fill the amount in the ‘Total Funds Requested’ under label ‘Budget Estimates Others’.
