ए. टी. यू. एफ. एस. लाभ निम्नलिखित खंडों में बेंचमार्क मशीनरी में निवेश के लिए उपलब्ध हैः बुनाई, तैयारी और बुनाई-फाइबर, धागे, कपड़े, वस्त्र और बनावट का प्रसंस्करण-तकनीकी वस्त्र-वस्त्र/निर्मित निर्माण-हथकरघा क्षेत्र-रेशम क्षेत्र-जूट क्षेत्र पूंजी निवेश सब्सिडी (सी. आई. एस.) प्रति खंड और नीचे दी गई दरों के अनुसार प्रदान की जाती हैः एस. नो सेगमेंटसी. आई. एस. दर. प्रति इकाई सी. आई. एस. कैप. 1 गारमेंटिंग, तकनीकी वस्त्र पात्र मशीनों पर 15 प्रतिशत ₹30 करोड़ 2 बुनाई (शटल-रहित करघ, तैयारी, जूट, रेशम, हथकरघा) पर 10 प्रतिशत

A unit/applicant can apply for ATUFS after the machinery is installed for undergoing a joint inspection.
