इस योजना के तहत सहायता का स्वरूप तीन वर्षों में देय कुल राशि का है। सब्सिडी की राशि हर साल सीधे आधार से जुड़े बैंक खाते में जमा की जाएगी। लाभार्थियों को फलों के पौधे के बचे रहने का प्रतिशत पहले वर्ष के लिए न्यूनतम 80 प्रतिशत और दूसरे वर्ष के लिए 90 प्रतिशत बनाए रखना होगा। राज्य प्रायोजित भाऊसाहब फंडकर फालबाग लगवाड़ योजना महाराष्ट्र के कृषि विभाग द्वारा वर्ष के खरिफ मौसम से शुरू की गई थी। इस योजना में आम, काजू, अमरूद, सपोटा, कस्टर्ड सेब, अनार, पेपर लेमन, नारियल, इमली, अंजीर, आंवला, कोकम, कटहल, जामुन, संतरा, मोसांबी जैसी 16 बारहमासी फल फसलें शामिल हैं। कोंकण संभाग के किसान इस योजना के तहत 0.10 हेक्टेयर से लेकर 10.00 हेक्टेयर और महाराष्ट्र के बाकी हिस्सों में 0.20 हेक्टेयर से लेकर 6 हेक्टेयर तक रोपण का लाभ उठा सकते हैं
आम, काजू, अमरूद, सपोटा, कस्टर्ड सेब, अनार, पेपर लेमन, नारियल, इमली, अंजीर, आंवला, कोकम, कटहल, जामुन, संतरा, मोसाम्बी जैसी 16 बारहमासी फलों की फसलों के रोपण के लिए किसानों को डी. बी. टी. के माध्यम से सब्सिडी दी जाती है। पिट डिगिंग 2. रोपण ग्राफ्ट/अंकुर 3. रासायनिक और जैविक उर्वरकों का उपयोग। 4. फसल संरक्षण 5. अंतराल भरना <बीआर>
