2007 में शुरू की गई योजना 'बी. पी. एल. (गरीबी रेखा से नीचे) छात्र कल्याण छात्रवृत्ति-तकनीकी शिक्षा' तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा एक छात्रवृत्ति योजना है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य छत्तीसगढ़ के सरकारी इंजीनियरिंग और पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेजों में पढ़ने वाले आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर छात्रों को छात्रवृत्ति के रूप में वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करना है। यह योजना व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों में नामांकित छात्रों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करती है। आवेदक को छत्तीसगढ़ का निवासी होना चाहिए और किसी अन्य छात्रवृत्ति से लाभ प्राप्त नहीं करना चाहिए। इस योजना के लिए आवेदन दोनों सेमेस्टर में स्वीकार किए जाते हैं।

    The principals of the institutions will send the BPL scholarship proposals to the Directorate for each semester (odd and even). The first proposal should be sent in September, and the second proposal in February.
