The principals of the institutions will send the BPL scholarship proposals to the Directorate for each semester (odd and even). The first proposal should be sent in September, and the second proposal in February.

The Directorate will approve the BPL scholarships based on merit in a fair and transparent manner. The scholarship amount will be provided to the concerned institution for disbursement to the students through cheques.
