योजना का विवरण

ओडिशा सरकार के सामाजिक सुरक्षा और विकलांग व्यक्तियों के सशक्तिकरण विभाग द्वारा विशेष आवश्यकता वाले छात्रों के लिए छात्रवृत्ति योजना शुरू की गई है, ताकि छात्रों को तकनीकी/पेशेवर/व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने के साथ-साथ अध्ययन करने में सहायता और प्रोत्साहन दिया जा सके। इस योजना का उद्देश्य विकलांग बच्चों को कुछ विशेष भत्ते प्रदान करना है ताकि वे बिना किसी वित्तीय संकट के अपनी शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सकें। <बीआर>

पात्रता

  • यह योजना छात्रों पर लागू होगीः * * 1. प्राथमिक शिक्षा प्राप्त करना (एसटीडी। आई से वी)। 1. बीच में पढ़ना एएमपी; उच्च विद्यालय (एसटीडी। 6 से 10), 1. भारत सरकार की छात्रवृत्ति में शामिल नहीं है। 1. भारत सरकार की छात्रवृत्ति के दायरे में नहीं आने वाले कॉलेजों/विश्वविद्यालयों में पढ़ना। 1. पीडब्ल्यूडी, अधिनियम 1995 के तहत पंजीकृत विशेष स्कूलों में पढ़ना, लेकिन राज्य/केंद्र सरकार से अनुदान सहायता प्राप्त नहीं करना। 1. मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालयों/सरकारी संस्थानों के माध्यम से दूरस्थ शिक्षा प्राप्त करना। 1. किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान में तकनीकी/व्यावसायिक/व्यावसायिक शिक्षा प्राप्त करना। योजना के तहत छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से, निम्नलिखित शर्तों को पूरा करने के अधीन आवेदन जमा किए जा सकते हैंः - * * 1। आवेदक ओडिशा का वास्तविक निवासी होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक को किसी शैक्षणिक संस्थान का नियमित छात्र होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक की माता-पिता/परिवार की आय ₹60,000/- प्रति वर्ष से अधिक नहीं है। 1. आवेदक को किसी अन्योजना के तहत राज्य सरकार/केंद्र सरकार से कोई वित्तीय सहायता/वजीफा/छात्रवृत्ति नहीं मिल रही है। 1. छात्र को छात्रवृत्ति मिलती रहेगी यदि वह किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान में दाखिला लेता है और नियमित रूप से भाग लेता है, चाहे वह किसी विशेष वर्ष में उत्तीर्ण हुआ हो या नहीं

    Choose the relevant option out of : New Application/ Recommended Application from Principal/Head of the Institution

    On clicking one of the options, click proceed. On proceeding initially it is mandatory that applicant may get his/her Aadhaar details first. After verifying the application form will open.

    Fill in the application form including UDID Certificate Number, upload the signature of your spouse and yourself, and click "Submit".

What is the eligibility Criteria ?

1. The applicant must be a bona fide resident of Orissa. 2. The applicant should be a regular student of an educational institution. 3. The parental/ family income of the applicant is not more than ₹ 60,000/- per annum. 4. The applicant is not receiving any financial assistance/stipend/scholarship from State Govt./ Central Govt. under any other scheme. 5. The student will continue to get the scholarship if he enrols and regularly attends any recognised institution irrespective of whether he has passed or not in a particular year. <br>

Required document list

Each application shall be accompanied by the following documents:– 1. Disability Certificate issued by Medical Board 2. Income Certificate issued by Revenue Officer, not below the rank of Tahasildar or any other officer of equivalent status. 3. Mark sheets of the last examination passed duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or the Head of the Institution concerned. NOTE: An income Certificate is not required in case the student belongs to a BPL family.
