2008 में शुरू की गई, गोवा सरकार के उद्योग विभाग द्वारा शुरू की गई पूंजी योगदान योजना का उद्देश्य स्थानीय उद्यमियों का समर्थन करना, औद्योगिक इकाइयों को बढ़ावा देना और स्थानीय रूप से विकसित प्रौद्योगिकी के आधार पर विशेष उत्पादों को विकसित करना है। इस योजना के माध्यम से स्थानीय उद्यमियों, मौजूदा कार्यात्मक इकाइयों और स्थानीय रूप से विकसित प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग करने वाली इकाइयों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाती है। इस योजना को उद्योग, व्यापार और वाणिज्य निदेशालय द्वारा लागू किया जाता है। इस योजना के उद्देश्य इस प्रकार हैंः 1. स्थानीय उद्यमियों को वित्तीय सहायता देना। 1. बाहर निकलने और विस्तार करने के लिए मौजूदा कार्यात्मक इकाइयों का समर्थन करना। 1. स्थानीय रूप से विकसित प्रौद्योगिकी का समर्थन करना।
₹ 1,00,00,000/- प्रति इकाई तक का अधिकतम पूंजी योगदान इस शर्त के अधीन उपलब्ध होगा कि प्रवर्तकों का योगदान सरकार द्वारा पूंजी योगदान के बराबर या उससे अधिक होना चाहिए। हालाँकि, यह प्रतिबंध/शर्त बीमार इकाइयों पर लागू नहीं होगी।-पूंजी योगदान 5 वर्षों के लिए होगा जैसा कि स्वीकृत आदेश में 6 प्रतिशत की गारंटीकृत वापसी या वास्तविक लाभ के साथ इंगित किया जा सकता है। * * निधियों का संवितरण * * अनुमोदन के मामले में, पूंजी योगदान अनुमोदन की तारीख से 60 दिनों की अवधि के भीतर जारी किया जाएगा। लाभार्थी को योजना के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार पुनर्भुगतान और संपार्श्विक प्रतिभूति के लिए पोस्ट-डेटेड चेक जमा करने होंगे।
चरण 1: Offline application
• The application should be submitted by the eligible units to the Directorate of Industries, Trade and Commerce in the specified format along with the required documents. • The Directorate of Industries, Trade and Commerce will scrutinize and consider the application within 3 months from the date of receiving it. The decision will be conveyed within 4 months from the date of receipt of the application.
