मुख्यमंत्री सतत कृषि सिंचाई योजना-मैगल त्याला शेट्टले (व्यक्तिगत फार्म तालाब) का शुभारंभ कृषि, पशुपालन, डेयरी विकास और मत्स्य पालन विभाग, महाराष्ट्र राज्य द्वारा वर्ष 2022-23 में किया गया है। दिनांक 29 जून, 2022) इस योजना के तहत व्यक्तिगत किसान को देय सब्सिडी न्यूनतम रु. 14433/- और अधिकतम रु. 75000/- है जो खेत के तालाब के आकार पर निर्भर करती है। राज्य के कुल क्षेत्रफल में से 82 प्रतिशत कृषि भूमि वर्षा आधारित है और वर्षा पर निर्भर है। वर्षा के असमान वितरण और वर्षा में समय-समय पर व्यवधान के कारण पानी के दबाव से फसल उत्पादन में बड़ी कमी आती है। कभी-कभी फसलें भी नष्ट हो जाती हैं। ऐसी स्थिति में खेत के तालाब सुरक्षात्मक सिंचाई प्रदान करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं और फसल के नुकसान को काफी कम करते हैं। इस मामले को ध्यान में रखते हुए, महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकार द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री सतत कृषि सिंचाई योजना-व्यक्तिगत कृषि तालाब को मंजूरी दी गई है। वीडियो जी. आर. दिनांक 29 जून, 2022। यह योजना राज्य के सभी जिलों में लागू की गई है। इस योजना के तहत व्यक्तिगत किसान को देय सब्सिडी न्यूनतम 14433/- रुपये और अधिकतम 75000/- रुपये है जो खेत के तालाब के आकार पर निर्भर करती है। किसानों के पास कोकन क्षेत्र में कम से कम 0.20 हेक्टेयर भूमि होनी चाहिए, जबकि महाराष्ट्र के बाकी हिस्सों के लिए यह सीमा 0.40 हेक्टेयर है। महा-डी. बी. टी. पोर्टल के तहत किसानों से ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं। यह योजना महा-डी. बी. टी. पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन लाभार्थियों का चयन करके लागू की जाती है। खेत के तालाब के पूरा होने के बाद, योजना के तहत देय सब्सिडी पी. एफ. एम. एस. प्रणाली के माध्यम से किसान के आधार संख्या से जुड़े बैंक खाते में जमा की जाती है। फार्म तालाब दो प्रकार के होते हैं एक इनलेट आउटलेट के साथ और दूसरा बिना इनलेट और आउटलेट प्रकार के। मुख्यमंत्री सतत कृषि सिंचाई योजना के तहत मैगल त्याला शेट्टले घटक के कार्यान्वयन को 25 अप्रैल, 2023 के सरकारी परिपत्र के माध्यम से मंजूरी दी गई थी। "छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज कृषि योजना" नाम जी. आर. द्वारा दिया गया था। दिनांक 18 अक्टूबर 2023।

Financial Assistance up to certain limit is given to farmer for construction of individual farm pond.
