The HP CM Startup Scheme aims to turn the educated youth from job seekers to job creators. This scheme will give support to the “Startup” and Innovation Projects in the state and will provide skills to the youth and potential investors to develop entrepreneurship.

लाभ

Benefits Rs. 25,000/- per month will be provided to the innovation projects as sustenance allowance for one year whose project is recommended by the Host Institution and approved by the Empowered Committee. The incubation center will provide support to the startups and innovation projects by providing mentoring services, and access to their labs, facilities, etc. on a free-of-cost (FOC) basis. Marketing/commercialization assistance of a maximum of Rs. 10 lahks will be provided to the innovation project to launch its products/services in the market. Patent Filing Cost: The cost of filing and processing patent applications will be reimbursed to the incubated startup companies subject to a limit of Rs. 2 lakh (0.2 million) per Indian patent awarded or actual cost incurred, whichever is less. For awarded foreign patents on a single subject matter, up to Rs. 10 lahks (1 Million)or the actual cost incurred, whichever is less would be reimbursed. The reimbursement will be done in 2 stages, i.e., 75% after the patent is filed and the balance 25% after the patent is granted. This incentive shall be routed through the incubator concerned.

• परिभाषाएँ * * 1। स्टार्टअप/नए उद्योगों का अर्थ है कोई भी इकाई, मालिक, सीमित कंपनी, भारतीय साझेदारी अधिनियम 1932 या सीमित देयता भागीदारी के तहत पंजीकृत साझेदारी फर्म, जो केंद्रित क्षेत्रों से संबंधित सेवा क्षेत्र में सूक्ष्म या लघु श्रेणी में उद्यम स्थापित करने का प्रस्ताव करती है। 1. नवान्वेषण परियोजनाः नवान्वेषण उत्पादों, प्रक्रियाओं और सेवाओं में नई या अद्यतन प्रौद्योगिकी के साथ परिवर्तन करने की प्रक्रिया है, जो बड़े और छोटे आमूल और वृद्धिशील हैं, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप कुछ नए और नवीन उत्पादों की शुरुआत होती है। 1. इन्क्यूबेटरः एक इन्क्यूबेटर कोई भी संगठन है जिसे उद्यमशीलता उद्यमों के विकास और सफलता में तेजी लाने के लिए बनाया गया है। स्टार्टअप्स, भौतिक स्थान, पूंजी, कोचिंग और सलाह, सामान्य सेवाओं और नेटवर्किंग कनेक्शन प्रदान करने जैसे व्यावसायिक सहायता संसाधनों और सेवाओं की एक श्रृंखला के माध्यम से। 1. मेजबान संस्थानः मेजबान संस्थान (एच. आई.) राज्य के प्रतिष्ठित प्रौद्योगिकी, प्रबंधन और अनुसंधान एवं विकास संस्थान हैं और अन्य संस्थान और संगठन जो राज्य में स्टार्टअप पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र को सक्रिय करने के लिए इन्क्यूबेटर्स की स्थापना के लिए उद्यमशीलता विकास और संवर्धन पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हैं-पात्रता-योजना के उपरोक्त बिंदुओं 1,2,3 और 4 में परिभाषित सभी स्टार्टअप/नए उद्योग/नवाचार परियोजनाएं इस योजना के तहत शामिल घटकों के लिए लागू प्रोत्साहन का लाभ उठाने के लिए पात्र होंगी। राज्य और केंद्रीय योजना के तहत एक ही घटक पर समान प्रोत्साहन का लाभ नहीं उठाया जा सकता है।
