झारखंड सरकार के परिवहन विभाग की झारखंड मुख्यमंत्री ग्राम गड़ी योजना का उद्देश्य निजी बस ऑपरेटरों को प्रोत्साहित करके और ग्रामीण निवासियों के लिए परिवहन सुविधाओं को बढ़ाकर ग्रामीण संपर्क में सुधार करना है। इस योजना के तहत, ग्रामीण मार्ग दूरदराज के गांवों को ब्लॉक मुख्यालयों, जिला मुख्यालयों, स्कूलों, कॉलेजों, चिकित्सा संस्थानों, मुख्य सड़कों और वाणिज्यिक केंद्रों से जोड़ते हैं।
* * वित्तीय सहायताः * * संचालक बस में बैठने की क्षमता के आधार पर प्रति किलोमीटर वित्तीय सहायता प्राप्त करते हैं-33 से 42 सीटेंः 18 रुपये प्रति किलोमीटर। - 25 से 32 सीटेंः ₹ 14.50 प्रति किलोमीटर। - 13 से 24 सीटेंः ₹ 10.50 प्रति किलोमीटर। - 7 से 12 सीटेंः 7.5 रुपये प्रति किलोमीटर। - * * कर और शुल्क छूटः * * सड़क कर, परमिट शुल्क (₹1), आवेदन शुल्क (₹1), पंजीकरण शुल्क (₹1), और स्वास्थ्य निरीक्षण शुल्क (₹1) से छूट।-* * प्राथमिकता पहुँचः * * सरकारी बस अड्डों पर ग्रामीण बसों को प्राथमिकता दी जाती है और उन्हें सभी स्टैंड शुल्क, टोल और नगरपालिका प्रवेश शुल्क से छूट दी जाती है। * * रूट परमिटः * * ऑपरेटर 125 किलोमीटर तक के मार्गों के लिए परमिट प्राप्त कर सकते हैं, जो गांवों को ब्लॉक/जिला मुख्यालयों और आवश्यक सेवाओं से जोड़ते हैं। * * सब्सिडीः * * ऑपरेटर ईंधन (डीजल) जैसी परिचालन लागतों के लिए सब्सिडी का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।-* * नवीनीकरण विकल्पः * * परमिट पांच साल के बाद नवीनीकरण योग्य होते हैं।
