कैलाश मानसरोवर यात्रा योजना को मध्य प्रदेश सरकार के धार्मिक न्यास और बंदोबस्ती विभाग द्वारा लागू किया जाता है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य कैलाश मानसरोवर यात्रा पर जाने वाले राज्य के तीर्थयात्रियों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करना है। मध्य प्रदेश के ऐसे व्यक्ति, जिन्होंने भारत सरकार के विदेश मंत्रालय द्वारा चयनित व्यक्तियों की सूची में जगह पाकर कैलाश मानसरोवर की यात्रा पूरी कर ली है, उन्हें यात्रा के बाद यात्रा पर हुए वास्तविक खर्च का प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा और ऐसी यात्रा पर हुए खर्च का 50 प्रतिशत राज्य सरकार द्वारा अधिकतम 30,000 रुपये तक की प्रतिपूर्ति की जाएगी

चरण 1: Offline application
• Eligible pilgrims should apply for financial assistance/grant using the prescribed form, along with records of their pilgrimage certified by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, to the concerned District Collector, Madhya Pradesh within 60 days of completing their pilgrimage. - The office of the concerned Collector will disburse the grant amount after verifying the submitted records.
The objective of the scheme is to provide financial support to pilgrims from Madhya Pradesh who undertake the Kailash Mansarovar pilgrimage, to help with the expenses incurred during the journey.
