श्रेणी II के तहत अधिकतम सहायता ₹ 20,00,000-या अनुमोदित परियोजना लागत का 90 प्रतिशत, जो भी कम हो, है। स्वीकृत परियोजना लागत ₹ 5,00,000-से अधिक और ₹ 35,00,000-तक होनी चाहिए। समर्थन के लिए योग्य घटक-अनुसंधान और विकास/डिजाइन इंजीनियरिंग/परामर्श शुल्क। प्रयोगशाला/कार्यशाला सुविधाओं के लिए किराया शुल्क।-आवश्यक उपकरण जिन्हें किराए पर नहीं लिया जा सकता है (खरीद के कारण दिए जाने चाहिए)।-कच्चा माल/पुर्जे/उपभोग्य सामग्री लागत।-निर्माण/संश्लेषण शुल्क।-तकनीकी सहायकों की मानव शक्ति लागत, अनुमोदित परियोजना लागत के 20 प्रतिशत से अधिक नहीं।-परीक्षण और परीक्षण।-यात्रा लागत, अनुमोदित परियोजना लागत के 5 प्रतिशत से अधिक नहीं।-पेटेंट फाइलिंग (वास्तविक शुल्क पेटेंट कार्यालय को दिया गया)। आई. एस. एम. सलाहकार और जाँच समिति (पी. ए. एस. सी.)-बाद की विज्ञप्तिएँ परियोजना समीक्षा समिति (पी. आर. सी.) द्वारा परियोजना की प्रगति के मूल्यांकन पर आधारित हैं। शर्तें & एम्प; शर्तें & उद्धरण; सहायता अनुदान के वास्तविक जारी होने से पहले-स्वीकृत परियोजनाओं की निगरानी तकनीकी विशेषज्ञ सहित टी. ई. पी. आउटरीच क्लस्टर इनोवेशन सेंटर/अन्य नेटवर्क भागीदारों द्वारा की जाएगी।-टी. ई. पी. आउटरीच क्लस्टर इनोवेशन सेंटर समय-समय पर 3 महीने के अंतराल पर वैज्ञानिक और औद्योगिक अनुसंधान विभाग को परियोजना की स्थिति की सूचना देंगे।-बाहरी विशेषज्ञों से युक्त परियोजना समीक्षा समितियां, परियोजना की प्रगति की समीक्षा करने के लिए कम से कम नौ महीने में एक बार बैठक करेंगी।-छात्र नवोन्मेषकों के लिए, परियोजना के अंतिम समापन के लिए संस्थान जिम्मेदार होगा यदि नवोन्मेषक परियोजना को पूरा किए बिना संस्थान/संगठन को छोड़ देता है
चरण 1: Offline — Step 1
** *Consultation and Preparation*** - The innovator should meet coordinators of TePP Outreach cum Cluster Innovation Centres (TOCICs) and take their advice before submitting the application. - The applicant must prepare the application form, ensuring all mandatory details like the Title of the proposed project, Name, Address, Date of Birth, Educational qualification, Annual Income, Permanent Account Number (PAN) (mandatory), and Aadhaar Number are included.
चरण 2: Offline — Step 2
** *Submission of Proposal* - The applicant must submit the application either directly to the nearest TePP Outreach cum Cluster Innovation Centre (TOCIC) or directly to the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR). - Proposals submitted directly to the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research will be forwarded to the relevant TePP Outreach cum Cluster Innovation Centre for counselling and local screening. ** *Initial Screening for Completeness*** The proposals will initially be screened for completeness at the point of receipt by the coordinators of the TePP Outreach cum Cluster Innovation Centres.

** *Evaluation by Domain Knowledge Experts*** After initial Screening, the complete and screened proposals are evaluated by the Domain Knowledge Experts associated with the TePP Outreach cum Cluster Innovation Centre.

** *Submission to the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research*** The TePP Outreach cum Cluster Innovation Centres will send complete and evaluated proposals to the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research for further action.

** *Committee Recommendation*** The proposals will then be considered by the PRISM Advisory and Screening Committee (PASC) for final recommendation.

Final Approval and Sanction The sanction will finally be released to those projects that are approved by the Department.

** *Signing of Terms and Conditions* The applicant has to sign the "Terms & Conditions" document prior to the actual release of the grants-in-aid. *Disbursement:***

** *First Release*** The first release of funds is based on milestones and deliverables projected in the project proposals and as recommended by the PRISM Advisory and Screening Committee (PASC).

** *Subsequent Fund Release and Monitoring*** Subsequent releases of funds are based on the assessment of the progress of the project by the Project Review Committee (PRC). The approved projects will be monitored by the TePP Outreach cum Cluster Innovation Centre/other network partners, including technical expert(s), and the Project Review Committees will meet at least once in nine months to review the progress of the project.

** *Project Closure*** The project completion report will be accepted by the Competent Authority in the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, based on the Project Review Committee recommendation, after the successful closure of the project. <br>
Proposals dedicated entirely to basic scientific research which lack immediate commercial implications are explicitly excluded and will not be accepted for consideration. <br>
The maximum financial assistance provided is ₹20,00,000/- or 90% of the approved project cost, whichever of these two amounts is lower. <br>
Support covers the Fabrication of Working Model, Process Know-how, Testing & Trial, Patenting, or Technology Transfer, which demand rigorous demonstrability of the original idea. <br>
Proposals scouted and documented by other agencies must still be routed through the nearest TePP Outreach cum Cluster Innovation Centre and include an evaluation by the assisting agency. <br>
Students must provide a 'No Objection Certificate’ signed by the head of their institution, written on the institution’s official letter-head, along with the main application. <br>
The overall project cost must fall within the range of more than ₹5,00,000/- and up to ₹35,00,000/- to meet the stipulated financial criteria for the proposal. <br>
