श्रम विभाग, त्रिपुरा सरकार ने स्व-प्रमाणन योजना शुरू की जिसका उद्देश्य नियोक्ता या उद्यमी को एक जागरूक और सच्चा नागरिक और कानून का पालन करने वाला व्यक्ति बनाना है जो सभी लागू श्रम कानूनों का पालन करके श्रमिकों और कर्मचारियों के सभी हितों का ध्यान रखना चाहता है और श्रम निदेशालय को श्रमिकों के साथ-साथ नियोक्ताओं और उद्यमियों के हितों की प्रभावी ढंग से रक्षा करने और श्रमिकों के लिए एक अनुकूल और सुरक्षित वातावरण और नियोक्ता और कर्मचारियों के बीच संबंध बनाने में सक्षम बनाता है। इस स्वप्रमाणन योजना का उद्देश्य उन इकाइयों के निरीक्षण के लिए सरकारी अधिकारियों के दौरे को कम करना है जो इस योजना का विकल्प चुनते हैं, हालांकि विभिन्न श्रम कानूनों के तहत श्रमिकों की सुरक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, सामाजिक सुरक्षा और कल्याण से समझौता किए बिना। और त्रिपुरा राज्य में व्यापार करने में आसानी सुनिश्चित करना और उसे सक्षम बनाना।
