The Union Territory of Lakshadweep has implemented the scheme “25% Capital Investment Subsidy” to provide financial assistance to local entrepreneurs for promoting Micro and small Enterprises in Lakshadweep.
The scheme aims to promote tourism-based self-employment and entrepreneurship among unemployed residents of Uttarakhand by providing financial assistance and subsidies for the development of tourism-related infrastructure and services. This scheme is applicable in entire Uttarakhand.

उत्तराखंड सरकार के पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा "वीर चंद्र सिंह गढ़वाली पर्यटन रोजगार योजना" योजना शुरू की गई थी। इस योजना का उद्देश्य पर्यटन से संबंधित बुनियादी ढांचे और सेवाओं के विकास के लिए वित्तीय सहायता और सब्सिडी प्रदान करके उत्तराखंड के बेरोजगार निवासियों के बीच पर्यटन आधारित स्व-रोजगार और उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देना है। यह योजना पूरे उत्तराखंड में लागू है
इस योजना के तहत वाहन की वस्तुएं (साधारण बस, टैक्सी, अधिकतम, इलेक्ट्रिक बस) और गैर-वाहन वस्तुएं (होटल/भुगतान अतिथि योजना, मोटर गैरेज/कार्यशाला का निर्माण, फास्ट फूड केंद्रों की स्थापना, साधना कुटीर योग ध्यान केंद्रों की स्थापना, साहसिक गतिविधियाँ, पी. सी. ओ. सुविधा के साथ आधुनिक पर्यटक सूचना केंद्रों की स्थापना, टेंट आवासीय सुविधाओं का विकास, स्थानीय हस्तशिल्प और प्रतीकात्मक वस्तुओं के लिए बिक्री केंद्रों की स्थापना, बेकरी की स्थापना, कपड़े धोने की सुविधा, पर्यटन के लिए भू-भाग की बाइक, तारा देखने और पक्षी देखने के लिए उपकरणों की खरीद, जड़ी-बूटियों का पर्यटन, कयाकिंग/नौकाओं की खरीद और संचालन, कारवां/मोटर होम टूरिज्म, मछली पकड़ने के उपकरणों की खरीद, यादगार वस्तुओं वाले संग्रहालयों का निर्माण और संग्रहालयों की स्थापना। उपरोक्त के अलावा, आवेदक अपने विशेष क्षेत्र के आकर्षण और विशेषताओं के आधार पर कोई भी नवीन परियोजना भी जमा कर सकते हैं। * योजना के तहत निम्नलिखित अनुदान/सब्सिडी प्रदान की जाती हैंः * * (ए) * * गैर-वाहन वस्तुएँः परियोजना लागत के 33 प्रतिशत तक का अनुदान, पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में अधिकतम 2 लाख रुपये और मैदानी क्षेत्रों में अधिकतम 1 लाख रुपये के साथ परियोजना लागत के 25 प्रतिशत तक। पहाड़ी और मैदानी दोनों क्षेत्रों में अधिकतम ₹1 लाख के साथ परियोजना लागत के 25 प्रतिशत तक का अनुदान। विशिष्ट बसों/इलेक्ट्रिक बसों के लिए-पुशबैक 30 और 42 सीटर (2 * 2), पुशबैक 26-28 सीटर, और 42 सीटर (2 * 2) इलेक्ट्रिक/वातानुकूलित बसें-परियोजना लागत का 50 प्रतिशत अनुदान, अधिकतम ₹ 20.00 लाख तक प्रदान किया जाता है। यह प्रावधान केवल निर्धारित मानदंडों को पूरा करने वाली बसों/इलेक्ट्रिक बसों पर लागू होता है, जिसमें प्रति वित्तीय वर्ष अधिकतम 50 बसें/इलेक्ट्रिक बसें पात्र होती हैं। योजना के तहत सब्सिडी का लाभ उठाने के लिए, आवेदक को कुल परियोजना लागत का 12.5% मार्जिन मनी के रूप में योगदान करना होगा
चरण 1: Online application
• To avail the benefits of the scheme, applications must be submitted online through the MSY Portal: https://msy.uk.gov.in/. During the application process, the applicant is required to upload the following documents: Aadhaar card, Aadhaar-linked mobile number, permanent residence certificate, photograph, identity proof, affidavit, proof of the proposed work, proof of proposed investment, educational qualifications, bank account details, caste certificate, disability certificate (if applicable), ration card, valid driving license (for vehicle purchases), training-related documents (for non-vehicle projects), and any other relevant documents. - After submission, the application is forwarded to the District Tourism Development Officer of the concerned district. The District Tourism Officer schedules a meeting of the committee, chaired by the District Magistrate, and calls the applicants for an interview on the scheduled date. Following the interview, the approved proposals are sent online to the bank branch selected by the applicant for obtaining a loan. The bank initiates the loan approval process. Once approved, the bank informs the District Tourism Officer and disburses the loan amount to the applicant’s account. • Upon completion of the vehicle purchase or non-vehicle project, the applicant must notify the District Tourism Development Officer. Subsequently, departmental officials conduct an inspection. After verification and confirmation of completion, the department releases the approved grant to the applicant’s bank branch in accordance with the regulations. • Applications can be submitted at any time. Loans under the scheme are sanctioned by banks at prescribed interest rates and in accordance with bank regulations. <br>
Applicants must be unemployed and native/permanent residents of Uttarakhand. “Unemployed” means a person not engaged in any business, enterprise, or profession. <br>
The scheme supports vehicle-based projects (ordinary bus, taxi, max, electric bus) and non-vehicle projects (hotels, guest houses, fast food centres, yoga/meditation centres, adventure activities, tourist information centres, tented accommodations, souvenir sales centres, bakeries, laundries, terrain bikes, kayaking/boats, museums, trekking equipment rentals, and other innovative tourism projects). <br>
Yes. Applicants can submit any innovative project based on local attractions and characteristics. <br>
- Hilly areas: 33% of the project cost, maximum ₹33.00 lakh. - Plain areas: 25% of the project cost, maximum ₹25.00 lakh. <br>
- Standard vehicles: 25% of the cost, up to ₹10.00 lakh. - Specific buses/electric buses (pushback 26–28, 30–42 seater, AC/electric buses): 50% of the cost, up to ₹20.00 lakh. - Maximum 50 buses/electric buses can be supported in a financial year. <br>
Yes. Applicants must contribute 12.5% of the total project cost as Margin Money. <br>
No. Applicants must not be defaulters of any bank or financial institution. <br>
