"यात्रा अनुशासन" योजना को उत्तराखंड राज्य विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी परिषद (यू. सी. ओ. एस. टी.) द्वारा विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी, उत्तराखंड सरकार के तहत लागू किया जाता है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य अनुसंधानकर्ताओं और वैज्ञानिकों को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वैज्ञानिक कार्यशालाओं और इसी तरह के अन्य कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेने में सहायता करना है, जिसके लिए पात्र आवेदकों को खर्च का 50 प्रतिशत (अधिकतम 25,000 रुपये) तक यात्रा अनुदान प्रदान किया जाता है
