The scheme “Allotment of Commercial Godown” is implemented by the Uttarakhand Agricultural Production & Marketing Board under the Department of Agriculture, Government of Uttarakhand. Step 1: Offline application
Application Process: • Upon receiving information about godown allotment (through notices in newspapers and public places), obtain the application form from the Mandi Committee office by paying the prescribed fee. • Complete the application form with accurate details and submit it to the Mandi Committee office. Selection Process: • The Shop Allotment Committee conducts the allotment of commercial godowns. • Traders are selected in descending order based on the highest market fee deposited in the last three years, subject to availability of godowns. <br>
The objective of the scheme is to provide traders with commercial godowns for storage and management of goods, <br>
Only traders licensed by the Mandi Committee are eligible to apply. <br>
Information regarding allotment is published through notices in newspapers and at public places. <br>
The form can be obtained from the Mandi Committee office by paying the prescribed fee. <br>
The fee is as prescribed by the Mandi Committee; it must be paid when obtaining the application form. <br>
Completed forms must be submitted to the Mandi Committee office within the specified timeline. <br>
Traders are selected in descending order of the highest market fee deposited in the last three years. <br>
Applications are accepted only on the official government portal.
