    In the scheme's online application form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size (fields marked with * are mandatory), and click "Submit". Note 1: The incident must be reported within 48 hours to the nearest Forest Range Officer, either verbally or in writing. Note 2: The dead or injured animal should remain at the site for verification by the forest authority. <br>

    The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the nearest Forest Range Office and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications.

    In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

  11. Step 3: Offline — Step 3

    Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the Forest Range Office.

    Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the Forest Range Office to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable). > Post-Application Process:

    The Forest Range Officer verifies the incident and prepares a recommendation.

    First appeal can be made within 30 days to the Divisional/Assistant Conservator of Forests.
