Applicant Selection - Eligible applicants shall be selected by seniority in age on a first-come-first-served basis. - In cases where more than 50 applications are received in a year, applicants may be selected by drawing lots, which must be done in the presence of any three applicants. *Disbursement of Benefits*

Applying for Central Subsidy After obtaining the licence, the applicant may submit an application under the Pradhan Mantri E-DRIVE (FAME-3) Scheme to avail a maximum subsidy of ₹50,000/-.

Final Disbursement of State Subsidy - The balance subsidy amount will be paid according to the purchase status. - If the beneficiary already bought the vehicle, the subsidy is credited to their account upon submission of the original invoice. - If the vehicle has not been purchased, the applicant must pay 25% of the total cost to the dealer first, and the balance subsidy amount will then be credited directly to the authorized dealer’s account. *Monitoring and Compliance* - The beneficiary list shall be uploaded in the Urban Development Housing portal to avoid duplication of benefits covered by schemes being implemented by other Departments. - The Registering Authority shall block the transaction for transfer of ownership in the integrated software used by the Transport Department (VAHAN) for a period of 5 years. <br>
