Benefit
• Subsidy up to 50% of the value on quotation or ₹ 50,000/-, whichever is less, and the remaining 50% value shall be borne by the beneficiaries. • The payment shall be effected directly to the beneficiaries upon receipt of the purchase of the e-bike document. • The subsidy shall be disbursed in a single instalment to the beneficiary, i.e., 100% on the purchase of the vehicle and production of purchase documents, i.e., the Registration Certificate book and insurance by the Beneficiary. • Disbursement of subsidy for the purchase of e-bikes will be done on a first-come-first-served basis or a maximum of two for each organisation per meeting, also considering eligibility criteria.

  • The applicant should not be more than 58 years of age.
  • The applicant should not have availed benefit to purchase an e-bike (two-wheeler) under any other Government scheme.

How to Apply

  1. Step 1: Offline — Step 1

    The interested applicant should take a printout of the prescribed format of the application form.

  2. Step 2: Offline — Step 2

    In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and enclose the copies of all the mandatory documents (endorsed, if required).

    Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents, within the prescribed period (if any), to the Director, Department of Information and Publicity, Udyog Bhavan, 3rd floor, Panaji. > Post-Application Processes
