लाभ: 1. नियोक्ताओं को ई. एस. आई. और ई. पी. एफ. योगदान की प्रतिपूर्तिः निजी क्षेत्र के नियोक्ता, जो नए एससी और एसटी उम्मीदवारों को नियुक्त करते हैं, उन्हें 2 साल की अवधि के लिए उनके द्वारा भुगतान किए गए ईएसआई और ईपीएफ योगदान की प्रतिपूर्ति की जाएगी, जो प्रति उम्मीदवार 3,₹000/- प्रति माह की अधिकतम सीमा के अधीन है। 1. प्रशिक्षु प्रशिक्षुओं को दिए जाने वाले वजीफे की प्रतिपूर्तिः एक वर्ष के सामान्य और दो वर्ष के व्यापक प्रशिक्षण की अवधि के लिए प्रशिक्षण ले रहे अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति श्रेणियों से संबंधित प्रशिक्षु प्रशिक्षुओं को प्रशिक्षुता अधिनियम, 1961 के तहत दिए जाने वाले वजीफे की राशि नियोक्ता को प्रति उम्मीदवार प्रति माह 5,000 रुपये की अधिकतम सीमा के लिए और उनके द्वारा भुगतान की गई कुल राशि के दो तिहाई के अधीन प्रतिपूर्ति की जाएगी। 1. प्रशिक्षु प्रशिक्षण पूरा होने के बाद नियुक्ति के लिए वेतन की प्रतिपूर्तिः * * यदि वह नियोक्ता जिसने अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति श्रेणियों के उम्मीदवारों को प्रशिक्षु प्रशिक्षण दिया है, उसी उम्मीदवार को स्थायी पदों पर नियुक्त करता है, तो प्रति उम्मीदवार ₹7,000/- प्रति माह की अधिकतम सीमा के अधीन वेतन का 50 प्रतिशत नियोक्ता को दो साल की अवधि के लिए प्रतिपूर्ति की जाएगी। 1. नियोक्ताओं द्वारा दिए गए वेतन की प्रतिपूर्तिः निजी क्षेत्र के नियोक्ता, जो 12 जून 2024 के बाद अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति के उम्मीदवारों को नए सिरे से नियुक्त करते हैं, उन्हें 2 साल की अवधि के लिए उनके द्वारा भुगतान किए गए वेतन की प्रतिपूर्ति की जाएगी, जो प्रति उम्मीदवार 6,₹000/- प्रति माह की अधिकतम सीमा के अधीन है। 1. कौशल विकासः * कौशल विकास विभाग के माध्यम से अनुसूचित जातियों और अनुसूचित जनजातियों के लिए कौशल प्रशिक्षण आयोजित करना और उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना।

सामाजिक न्याय सुनिश्चित करते हुए अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति श्रेणियों के व्यक्तियों को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए निजी क्षेत्र के उद्योगों और कंपनियों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए कर्नाटक सरकार द्वारा बजट में आशादीपा योजना की शुरुआत की गई थी। यह योजना कर्नाटक राज्य श्रमिक कल्याण और सामाजिक सुरक्षा (आशादीपा योजना) सोसायटी (आर) के माध्यम से लागू की गई है। उद्देश्यः निजी क्षेत्र में अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति श्रेणियों के उम्मीदवारों के लिए रोजगार के अवसर पैदा करना। - अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति की सामाजिक-आर्थिक स्थितियों में सुधार करना। - निजी क्षेत्र के प्रतिष्ठानों/कारखानों आदि में अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति के रोजगार को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए, नियोक्ताओं द्वारा उनके द्वारा भुगतान किए गए वेतन, ई. एस. आई. और ई. पी. एफ. के लिए भुगतान किए गए योगदान की प्रतिपूर्ति करके, जिससे वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जा सके। - नियोक्ता द्वारा प्रशिक्षु प्रशिक्षुओं को भुगतान की गई वजीफे की राशि की प्रतिपूर्ति करना। यदि नियोक्ता उसी उम्मीदवार को प्रशिक्षु प्रशिक्षण के बाद भर्ती करता है तो उम्मीदवार को दिए गए वेतन की प्रतिपूर्ति करना।

आवेदक कर्नाटक का निवासी होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक अनुसूचित जाति (एससी) या अनुसूचित जनजाति (एसटी) श्रेणी से संबंधित होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक का रोजगार किसी निजी क्षेत्र के उद्योग या प्रतिष्ठान में होना चाहिए। 1. 1961 के प्रशिक्षुता अधिनियम के तहत प्रशिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण से गुजर रहे अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति के उम्मीदवार वजीफे की प्रतिपूर्ति के लिए पात्र हैं। 1. उन उम्मीदवारों के लिए जो प्रशिक्षुता पूरी करते हैं और बाद में स्थायी आधार पर काम पर रखे जाते हैं, नियोक्ता उम्मीदवार के वेतन के एक हिस्से की प्रतिपूर्ति के लिए पात्र होते हैं। 1. एससी/एसटी उम्मीदवार कौशल विकास विभाग, कर्नाटक सरकार द्वारा आयोजित कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण के लिए पात्र हैं।
