"उद्यमिता और विकास कार्यक्रम" योजना को उत्तराखंड राज्य विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी परिषद (यू. सी. ओ. एस. टी.) द्वारा विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी, उत्तराखंड सरकार के तहत लागू किया जाता है। इसका उद्देश्य प्रौद्योगिकी संसाधन केंद्र (टी. आर. सी.) स्थापित करना है जो स्थानीय रूप से उपलब्ध प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के आधार पर उन्नत तकनीकों का विकास करते हैं और वाणिज्यिक अनुप्रयोगों के लिए तकनीकों में सुधार करते हैं
उद्यमिता और विकास कार्यक्रम के तहत प्रौद्योगिकी संसाधन केंद्र (टी. आर. सी.) स्थापित किए जाते हैं। ये केंद्र स्थानीय रूप से उपलब्ध प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के आधार पर उन्नत प्रौद्योगिकियों के विकास पर काम करते हैं और उन्हें व्यावसायिक जरूरतों के लिए सुधारते हैं, ताकि उपलब्ध प्राकृतिक संसाधनों में मूल्य जोड़कर व्यवसाय बनाए जा सकें

A facility established under the scheme to develop technologies and provide technical guidance. <br>
Applications are invited through advertisements issued by UCOST. <br>
Projects that develop or improve technologies based on locally available natural resources with potential for commercial application are supported. <br>
Access to TRCs, technical mentoring, project evaluation, and support for commercialization. <br>
After receiving applications, candidates are required to give a presentation before a duly constituted competent committee. Selection is based on the presentation and project potential. <br>
Applications are accepted only on the official government portal.
