The scheme “Entrepreneurship and Development Programme” is implemented by the Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST) under the Science and Technology, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to establish Technology Resource Centers (TRCs) that develop advanced technologies based on locally available natural resources and improve techniques for commercial applications.

Step 1: Offline application
After inviting applications through an advertisement, the selection will be made based on a presentation before the duly constituted competent committee. <br>
Interested entrepreneurs/NGOs, scientists/researchers/teachers from Uttarakhand. <br>

Applications are invited through advertisements issued by UCOST. <br>
Projects that develop or improve technologies based on locally available natural resources with potential for commercial application are supported. <br>
Access to TRCs, technical mentoring, project evaluation, and support for commercialization. <br>
After receiving applications, candidates are required to give a presentation before a duly constituted competent committee. Selection is based on the presentation and project potential. <br>
