हरियाणा राज्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स विकास निगम लिमिटेड (एच. ए. आर. टी. ओ. एन.), हरियाणा नॉलेज कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (एच. के. सी. एल.), श्री विश्वकर्मा कौशल विश्वविद्यालय (एस. वी. एस. यू.), या सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर अधिसूचित किसी भी अन्य एजेंसी द्वारा प्रस्तावित न्यूनतम 3 महीने की अवधि के लिए हरियाणा आई. टी. कार्यक्रम (विशेष रूप से डिज़ाइन किए गए अल्पकालिक पाठ्यक्रम) शुरू करने वाले इंजीनियरिंग और आई. टी. पृष्ठभूमि के युवाओं (स्नातक/स्नातकोत्तर आवेदक) को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए हरियाणा सरकार के नागरिक संसाधन सूचना विभाग द्वारा आई. टी. सक्षम युवा योजना शुरू की गई थी। इस योजना के तहत कुशल और योग्य युवाओं को विभिन्न विभागों/बोर्डों/निगमों/पंजीकृत समितियों/एजेंसियों आदि में रोजगार के अवसर दिए जाएंगे। हरियाणा सरकार या निजी संस्थाओं के अधीन। इस योजना के पहले चरण में राज्य के 5,000 युवाओं को विशेष रूप से तैयार किए गए आई. टी. पाठ्यक्रमों के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षित करके रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान किए जाएंगे। जावा, डॉटनेट, पीएचपी आदि में सुरक्षित कोडिंग। 1. एसक्यूएल, पोस्टग्रे एसक्यूएल आदि में डीबीए। 1. यू. आई./यू. एक्स. डिजाइन, वेब डिजाइन। नेटवर्किंग-नेटवर्क समर्थन, लैन/वैन 1। सर्वर प्रशासन माइक्रोसॉफ्ट/लिनक्स 1. वेब और मोबाइल अनुप्रयोग विकास 1. डिजिटल मार्केटिंग और सोशल मीडिया हैंडलिंग 1. उभरती प्रौद्योगिकियों के क्षेत्र में किसी भी अन्य पाठ्यक्रम को आवश्यकता के अनुसार जोड़ा जा सकता है। इस योजना की परिकल्पना हरियाणा के युवाओं को काम की डिजिटल दुनिया के लिए एक बहुत ही आवश्यक कैरियर-तैयारी प्रदान करने और विभिन्न डिजिटल डोमेन में 21वीं सदी के कार्यस्थलों में प्रभावी ढंग से प्रवेश करने के लिए आवश्यक वांछित कौशल को आत्मसात करने के लिए की गई है। नागरिक संसाधन सूचना विभाग (सी. आर. आई. डी.) इन प्रशिक्षित आई. टी. सक्षम युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करेगा और पात्र आवेदक को 2 साल तक के लिए नियोजित किया जाएगा। योग्यता और भूमिका वरीयता के क्रम के आधार पर, आवेदक को पहले आओ पहले पाओ के आधार पर इंडेंटिंग सरकारी/निजी संस्थाओं में नियुक्त किया जाएगा। उद्देश्यः इस योजना का उद्देश्य हरियाणा को अपनी मानव पूंजी क्षमता का लाभ उठाकर, नवाचार को बढ़ावा देकर, प्रौद्योगिकी-संचालित विकास के लिए एक अनुकूल पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र का निर्माण करके और राज्य में ई-गवर्नेंस को मजबूत करके एक प्रमुख आई. टी. पावरहाउस के रूप में स्थापित करना है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य हरियाणा के योग्य युवाओं को उनके कौशल को उन्नत करने के उद्देश्य से आई. टी. कार्यक्रम के तहत प्रशिक्षण देकर रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करना है। इससे युवाओं में अपने कौशल का विकास करने में मदद मिलने की उम्मीद है, जिससे उन्हें आवश्यक अनुभव मिलेगा और वे आई. टी. क्षेत्र में बेहतर रोजगार या स्व-रोजगार करने में सक्षम होंगे।
1. बेरोजगार युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के अवसर। 1. रोजगार योग्यता में सुधार के लिए डिजिटल साक्षरता और आई. टी. से संबंधित कौशल प्रदान करता है। 1. योग्य उम्मीदवारों को बेरोजगारी भत्ता मिल सकता है। 1. एक वर्ष का रोजगार कार्यकाल सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के बाद उद्यमी/स्टार्टअप सहायता। 1. परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले योग्य उम्मीदवारों को ₹20,000/- (पहले 6 महीने के लिए)/₹25,000/- (7वें महीने के बाद) का पारिश्रमिक/भत्ता दिया जाएगा। नोटः-हालाँकि, यदि उम्मीदवार ने मूल्यांकन परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण/उत्तीर्ण कर ली है और तैनाती की प्रतीक्षा कर रहा है, तो सीआरआईडी द्वारा 10,₹000/- के बेरोजगारी भत्ते का भुगतान किया जाएगा।
