The scheme “Special Basic Mountaineering Course” is implemented by the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board under the Department of Tourism, Government of Uttarakhand. Step 1: Offline application
• Applicants must complete the prescribed application form and submit it along with the required documents to the office of the District Tourism Development Officer. • Upon completion of the tests, the District Tourism Development Officer will forward the list of shortlisted candidates to the headquarters. • Final selection of participants will be made by a committee constituted at the headquarters. <br>
Applicants must be youth from Uttarakhand. <br>
A total of 25 beneficiaries are selected for each batch of the course. <br>
The prescribed application format along with necessary documents must be submitted to the office of the District Tourism Development Officer (DTO). <br>
After initial screening and tests, a selection committee at the headquarters reviews applications and finalizes the list of participants. <br>
The District Tourism Development Officer sends the list of selected applicants to the headquarters, and the final selection is communicated to the candidates. <br>
