यह योजना 'उद्यमिता कार्यक्रम' सेवा प्रदाताओं के लिए क्षमता निर्माण (सी. बी. एस. पी.) की अम्ब्रेला योजना के तहत पर्यटन मंत्रालय की एक सुओ-मोटो उप-योजना है। इस योजना में उद्यमिता विकास कार्यक्रमों के संचालन के लिए संस्थानों (नीचे दिए गए) को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाती है। सरकार द्वारा प्रायोजित पर्यटन और आतिथ्य संस्थान 2. केरल पर्यटन और यात्रा अध्ययन संस्थान (केआईटीटीएस) 3. भारत पर्यटन विकास निगम (आई. टी. डी. सी.) लक्षित समूह वे नागरिक हैं जिन्होंने 8वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है और जिनकी आयु 18 वर्ष से अधिक है। इस कार्यक्रम में निम्नलिखित पांच ट्रेडों में 150 घंटे के पाठ्यक्रम हैं-(i) कुक-तंदूर (ii) बर्मन (iii) बेकर (iv) होमस्टे (बहु-कुशल देखभालकर्ता) और (v) हलवाई-भारतीय मिठाई।
> * * प्रशिक्षुओं के लिए लाभ-* * * निम्नलिखित 150 घंटे के पाठ्यक्रम निम्नलिखित पांच ट्रेडों में पेश किए जाएंगे-1) खाना पकाने-तंदूर, 2) बर्मन, 3) बेकर, 4) होमस्टे (बहु-कुशल देखभाल करने वाला), 5) हलवाई-भारतीय मिठाई प्रत्येक पाठ्यक्रम में प्रशिक्षुओं की बाजार स्वीकार्यता बढ़ाने के लिए स्वच्छता, स्वच्छता, व्यवहार और दृष्टिकोण में सुधार पर भी जोर दिया जाएगा। यह राशि दो समान किश्तों में देय होगीः 1. पहली किश्त का भुगतान 75 घंटे के प्रशिक्षण के पूरा होने के बाद किया जाएगा। 2. दूसरी किश्त का भुगतान तभी किया जाएगा जब प्रमाणित प्रशिक्षु पाठ्यक्रम की गुणवत्ता और अपने स्व-रोजगार की स्थिति के बारे में अपनी प्रतिक्रिया कार्यान्वयन एजेंसी को प्रस्तुत करेगा। न्यूनतम 80 प्रतिशत उपस्थिति वाले प्रशिक्षुओं को पाठ्यक्रम परीक्षण के अंत में उपस्थित होना होगा और जो इसे सफलतापूर्वक पास करेंगे उन्हें प्रिंसिपल/निदेशक/संस्थागत प्रमुख और कार्यक्रम समन्वयक के संयुक्त हस्ताक्षर के तहत कार्यान्वयन एजेंसी द्वारा एक प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किया जाएगा। कार्यान्वयन एजेंसी इस कार्यक्रम के उत्तीर्ण लोगों के स्व-रोजगार को सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए सचेत प्रयास करेगी। मेगा टूरिस्ट डेस्टिनेशन/सर्किट में उनकी तैनाती की संभावनाओं का भी पता लगाया जाएगा। कार्यान्वयन एजेंसी एल. एम. आई. एस. और एस. डी. एम. एस. के बारे में उत्तीर्ण लोगों को भी संवेदनशील बनाएगी। सफल प्रशिक्षु को वजीफे के रूप में भुगतान की गई राशि पी. एफ. एम. एस. के माध्यम से केवल व्यक्तिगत लाभार्थी के आधार से जुड़े बैंक खाते में हस्तांतरित की जाएगी। कार्यान्वयन एजेंसी पर्यटन मंत्रालय को प्रत्येक घटक पर अलग से किए गए खर्च का एक वास्तविक लेखा परीक्षित लेखा भी प्रदान करेगी। संस्थान को वित्त पोषण-* इस कार्यक्रम को सुओ मोटो पहल के तहत सेवा प्रदाताओं के लिए क्षमता निर्माण की रक्षा मंत्रालय की योजना के तहत वित्त पोषित किया जाएगा। बेकर, हलवाई (भारतीय मिठाई), कुक (तंदूर), होमस्टे (बहु-कुशल देखभालकर्ता) और अन्य के लिए पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए लागत का विस्तृत प्रकार-वार विभाजन। बर्मन इस प्रकार होगा-घटक और लागत (₹/- में): * * 1. प्रशिक्षण शुल्क, अर्थात सामग्री लागत + प्रशिक्षक लागत = 5,000। 2. पाठ्यक्रम सामग्री (हैंडआउट) = 500। 3. प्रमाणन शुल्क (प्रमाणपत्र + मूल्यांकन शुल्क) = 1,000। 4. एप्रन = 300। 5. दोपहर का भोजन (30 दिनों के लिए 100 रुपये) = 3,000। 6. उपदान = 1,000। कुल = 10,800। प्रशासनिक व्यय (10,800/- का 5 प्रतिशत) = 540। सकल राशि = 11,340. ऊपर सूचीबद्ध लागतों के अलावा, 1. स्थानीय समाचार पत्रों में विज्ञापनों की प्रतिपूर्ति वास्तविक आधार पर न्यूनतम/डी. ए. वी. पी. दरों के अधीन की जाएगी। 2. बोर्डिंग और एम्प; पाठ्यक्रम की पूरी अवधि के लिए सभी बाहरी उम्मीदवारों के संबंध में प्रति प्रशिक्षु ₹2000/- की दर से आवास लागत। निम्नलिखित अनुसूची के अनुसार दो किश्तों में कार्यान्वयन एजेंसियों को निधि जारी की जाएगीः * * 1. कुल लागत की पहली किश्त प्रतिशतः 30 प्रतिशत उत्पादन मापदंडः मान्यता प्राप्त उम्मीदवारों के खिलाफ प्रशिक्षण बैच की शुरुआत पर <बीआर> 2। कुल लागत का अंतिम किश्त प्रतिशतः 70 प्रतिशत उत्पादन मापदंडः प्रशिक्षुओं के सफल प्रमाणन और उपयोग प्रमाण पत्र और समेकित खाते जमा करने पर

The applicant should submit the duly filled application form along with all the documents and application fees. <br> Application Fee 1. The fees chargeable to the applicant/eventual trainee would be ₹ 100/- for general candidates, a 50% fee (i.e. ₹ 50/-) for Women and Physically Handicapped, and no fees from the SC/ST candidates. 2. The Application Fee will be accepted in cash (by the Accounts Department of the institute) or as a Demand Draft in favor of the Principal of the Institute and payable at the city of the institute.
