इस योजना के तहत प्रशिक्षण अवधि के दौरान मानदेय के साथ-साथ निःशुल्क प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाता है। मानदेय का भुगतान इस प्रकार किया जाता हैः 100 घंटे के प्रशिक्षण के लिए ₹2,000/-, 150 घंटे के प्रशिक्षण के लिए ₹2,500/-, 250 घंटे के प्रशिक्षण के लिए ₹4,000/-, 300 घंटे के प्रशिक्षण के लिए ₹4,500/-, प्रशिक्षण कार्यान्वयन एजेंसियों के माध्यम से आयोजित किया जाता है, और उपस्थिति के आधार पर मानदेय वितरित किया जाता है। न्यूनतम 90 प्रतिशत उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है

"मुख्यमंत्री हुनर योजना" योजना अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण विभाग, उत्तराखंड सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई थी। इस योजना का उद्देश्य विभिन्न पारंपरिक और आधुनिक व्यवसायों में मुफ्त प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करके अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के व्यक्तियों के बीच रोजगार और आत्मनिर्भरता को बढ़ाना है

लाभ

पात्रता

  • आवेदक को उत्तराखंड का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए। 1. आवेदक अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय (मुस्लिम, सिख, ईसाई, पारसी, बौद्ध या जैन) से संबंधित पुरुष या महिला होनी चाहिए। 1. आवेदक की आयु 18 से 45 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए। 1. आवेदक ने सरकारी स्कूल या मदरसे से शिक्षा पूरी की होनी चाहिए। 1. सिलाई, कढ़ाई, नलसाजी, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, बुनाई आदि जैसे पारंपरिक प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए, आवेदक को कम से कम कक्षा 5 उत्तीर्ण या साक्षर होना चाहिए। 1. सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी पाठ्यक्रमों (कंप्यूटर हार्डवेयर, सॉफ्टवेयर, नेटवर्किंग, लेखा, आदि) के लिए, आवेदक को कम से कम हाई स्कूल उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए। 1. वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय ₹ 3,50,000-ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में और ₹ 4,50,000-शहरी क्षेत्रों में से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए

आवेदन कैसे करें

  1. चरण 1: Offline application

    • Under this scheme, training is provided through voluntary organizations. The Minority Welfare Department publishes advertisements inviting applications for training, after which interested candidates can obtain the application form from the Minority Welfare Office. • The completed application form must be submitted to the office along with Aadhaar card, permanent residence certificate, minority certificate, income certificate, and educational qualification certificate. Applicants are then called for an interview by the selection committee constituted at the district level under the chairmanship of the District Minority Welfare Officer or the District Social Welfare Officer, who also serves as the ex-officio District Manager. • At the time of the interview, candidates are required to present the original copies of all their documents for verification. After selection, the training is provided by the designated institute. • Training programs are organized every year, and applicants may also submit their forms to the Minority Welfare Office in advance, even before the advertisement, so that their applications can be considered when the training sessions commence. <br>

Yes, the annual family income should not exceed ₹3,50,000/- in rural areas and ₹4,50,000/- in urban areas. <br>
